In late 2008, Botswana Tourism Board appointed Partner Concepts as its USA Tourism Representative in the United States of America. The USA tourism representative’s role is to ensure Botswana Tourism's continuous presence in the North American source market through;

• Creating awareness of Botswana in the USA/Canada;
  
• Promoting and Positioning Botswana's tourism products and services to targeted traveler segments;
  
• Providing market access for local (Botswana) industry players; enabling and facilitating business connections and alliances between NA-based and local tourism suppliers
